1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to teitoku.net and other websites, customer portals, communications, and internet infrastructure services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies.
When we process data stored or transmitted through infrastructure on behalf of a customer, that customer generally determines the purposes and means of processing. In that context, we act as a service provider or processor and the customer’s privacy notice governs the data. Requests about customer-controlled data should be directed to the relevant customer.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact and business information: name, company, role, email address, telephone number, and the content of inquiries.
- Account information: username, authentication information, account preferences, and authorized-user details.
- Commercial information: requested services, order details, billing contacts, transaction records, and tax information. Payment card details may be collected directly by our payment processor rather than TTK Net.
- Service and support information: system requirements, configurations, support requests, diagnostic data, and files or other content you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
When you access the Services, our systems and hosting providers may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages requested, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and security or diagnostic events.
The public website may use essential browser storage where necessary for security or functionality. It does not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.
Third-party sources
We may receive information from customers, service providers, payment processors, business partners, public sources, and security or fraud-prevention providers. This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts; when your browser requests those files, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Google’s own privacy terms.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, configure, maintain, support, and improve the Services;
- respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and manage customer relationships;
- authenticate users and administer accounts, orders, billing, and payments;
- monitor performance, troubleshoot faults, plan capacity, and maintain service continuity;
- protect customers, TTK Net, and the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, and unlawful activity;
- send service, security, administrative, and—where permitted—marketing communications;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors that support hosting, network operations, communications, payments, professional services, security, and other business functions, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.
- Customers and account administrators: organizations that purchase Services and their authorized administrators, where the information relates to their account or users.
- Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce our agreements.
- Business transactions: in connection with financing, due diligence, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or a similar corporate event.
- At your direction: with your consent or when you direct us to interact with a third party.
TTK Net does not sell personal information for money. We also do not use or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those concepts are defined under applicable US state privacy laws.
5. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide Services, satisfy contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and protect against abuse. Retention periods vary based on the information, relationship, applicable requirements, and technical constraints of backup systems.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the instructions in the message. You will continue to receive necessary transactional, service, and security communications.
Depending on your state of residence and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have a right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling and to appeal a denied request. Because TTK Net does not currently engage in these opt-out activities, an opt-out mechanism is not presently required on this website.
Submit a request to privacy@teitoku.net. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a uniform standard. We do not currently respond differently to those signals. Where legally required, we will honor supported browser-based opt-out preference signals.
7. Children’s privacy
The Services are directed to businesses and adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and delete it as appropriate.
8. Processing in the United States
TTK Net is based in Idaho, United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, Services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
